In charge of

a) taking necessary measures to ensure the arrest of the accused and protect the evidence of the crime until the general law enforcement officers arrive upon the scene,

b) preventing the situations that may lead to material and moral losses by providing regular patrol services on campus,

c) being sensitive to actions such as all kinds of theft, fire and sabotages etc. that may arise inside and outside the campus, and therefore ensuring that body search is performed with a detector when necessary according to the Regulation on Judicial and Preventive Search,

d) performing the control at all the entrances of the buildings in line with the authority and instructions given by the Protection and Security Manager, Security Chief, Group Supervisor and the chiefs of the unit as well and informing the Manager and the chiefs respectively on these matters,

e) ensuring that the vehicles that park or try to park inappropriately on campus and in the parking areas are prevented, organizing necessary information flow and personnel assignments to ensure the traffic order and performing the controls,

f) observing and controlling whether the people on campus area act in accordance with the rules determined regarding security, and informing the Protection and Security Manager and the chiefs respectively in the contrary case,

g) taking necessary measures on the above-mentioned matters to ensure the security of people and environment,

h) informing the Protection and Security Manager and the chiefs respectively on the above-mentioned matters, and preparing minutes and reports containing detailed information.
